The older gentleman at this place is pure unpleasant. On multiple occasions he sent us away, claiming all the tables are recently occupied and will not be vacated soon. This is a lie that he tells to many prospective customers for reasons I cannot comprehend. Maybe there is a set criteria in his head as for whom he lets into the store. We've been coming here since the business opened. A huge range of hot and cold coffees, different types of chocolate milk and all other drinks. A very wide range of chocolate, nuts and granola. In addition, the service is always cordial and we are always spoiled. This remains a permanent fixture on our day off. Worth discovering! You are guaranteed to leave Tailored Flavors with a big smile.
Some impressions... We were there on a Saturday, there was not much going on. The kakao and the coffee were very good but the Lord who wanted to serve us very unpleasant and unfriendly(the only male service. We were foursome here not much was going on I wanted to take a chair with high lean from the neighboring table, since this small green stool is nevertheless very uncomfortable as they have no rest and promptly came this male operation and has cleared the chairs again unfriendly and put back without any comment because he can not have an English coffe and chocolate good and tasty however the service was very expandable,the colleague of the unfriendly

I came to this store with my husband. We asked for a small bag of chocolate, the waitress kept asking if we would like some extra because there was still room. In the end she turned the bag right into a box and charged us more than twice the price of what we were planning to do. We felt put on the spot and indicated that we did not like it at all. At the very least, the waitress should have warned us that the price would no longer be that of a small bag. Far from it, the waitress blamed us (with an unfriendly tone) that we should have estimated that the amount of chocolate would be more than 300gr. Then we left the store without paying but also without chocolate. I thought it was unpleasant customer service.
On a Sunday afternoon you can enjoy a coffee here with self-chosen treats from the bar.
