This is my first review but it is necessary. Poor cooking, 50 minutes of waiting to receive the food, neither quality nor quantity in the dishes for the price, cod croquettes with a sawdust flavor, vegetable tempura that is a frying pan with syrup and fried fish (squid, 4 anchovies and two red mullets=12 euros). Cook Karlos Escoto's restaurant, Cuina style, for tapas and also lunch or dinner. Spacious premises and reasonable and modern decoration without being extravagant or burdensome. The food of very good quality as that of its first restaurant La Cuina. The right service, maybe to improve speed. The place is a little loud. Or perfect. Parking after hours is complicated.
