This is a rooftop cafe in Gangneung. The theme is polar bear, with drinks served in igloo-shaped glasses to match the theme. The cafe has a total of 3 floors, and the rooftop was closed when I visited. I started on the 1st floor and moved to the 2nd floor, where the floor was made of wood and made loud creaking noises when people walked on it.
