"I visited Gansbaai last weekend and had lunch here. The waiter was great really professional, however the food was absolutely shocking. I asked if the tuna was fresh and i was assured it was however when i received the tuna salad it clearly was frozen tuna and in fact was brown black in color. My friend ordered a bacon burger and found two long brown hairs in between the patty and the bacon. We returned the food and offered to pay for it. I understand a restaurant can have a bad day I am in hospitality myself. The issue we have is that at no point did anyone from management approach to apologize. The waiter did his best to try sooth the situation. We left with no drama but i felt it needed to be addressed here. I hope this feedback will help them sort out the food quality control and the management response when something goes wrong."

"Of course, down here if you don't have to go on an excursion to see whales and sharks, I think you'll never get there, because the sea and beaches aren't that great. There is almost always a wind from our Lady and the villages are tiny, even if there is a bit of everything. But I must say that we have discovered an excellent restaurant in Gansbaai. Especially in the central room around the garden you can dine by candlelight and the quality of the food is excellent. The service is very courteous and attentive to satisfy your needs. 2 Glasses of Olmond Merlot 1 Bottle of Water 2 bruschettas 2 Ducks 1 Espresso coffee Account of 700 rand equal to 42 euros.
