"Rien à dire sur la cuisine, la présentation des plats, la qualité des produits: il y a de la recherche, des essais réussis, de l'application. La crème brûlée au foie gras et lentilles est juste somptueuse! Le tartare au couteau est très correct, le café gourmand très gourmand! , la plupart des produits sont de producteurs locaux. Très bien!Nous avons été accueillis par la patronne: un peu moins de stress lui conférerait un peu plus de convivialité.... . Les vins charpentés mériteraient d'être carafés à défaut de pouvoir être chambrés suffisamment à l'avance . Pas d'autre bémol."
