"Looks like a casual quick diner beside the bus terminal. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the delicious and aesthetically pleasing plates. Gastronomic experience to remember. Was given samples of three red wines before choosing a glass. Three of us sampled everything savoury except steak tartar. Bring your charge card if you plan to eat out in Iceland but this place was worth it."

"Þýtt af Google) Borðaði dýrindis mat hér og starfsfólkið var virkilega vingjarnlegt! Klassískur fish and chips með öllum þeim sósum sem hægt er að óska sér og uppáhaldið mitt virkilega bragðgóð humarsúpa ! Fékk meira að segja smá snakk til að fara. Mæli eindregið með að fara hingað. Ég held að það sé vinsælt þar sem margir á eftir okkur þurftu að bíða eftir borði, þó ekki svo lengi og þess virði! Upprunalegt) Had some delicious food here and the staff was really kind! Classic fish and chips with all the sauces you could wish for and my favourite a really tasty lobster soup ! Even got some snacks to go. Highly recommend to go here. I think its popular since a lot of people after us had to wait for a table, not so long though and worth it !"

Ég hafði það skemmtilegasta að ég held að ég hafi nokkru sinni borðað á veitingastað. Andrúmsloftið er gamall heimsharmi með einhverja bóhem í honum. Eigandinn er ofboðslegur og þú getur sagt að honum er annt um alla viðskiptavini sína. Þú færð ókeypis vöfflur, nammi og hvað sem meðlæti þeir gerðu þennan dag. Matseðillinn er mjög einfaldur, ekki margir að velja úr, en ekta íslensk súpa. Þú getur valið að hafa þá í brauðskál, sem er gríðarstór besti hlutinn ... ókeypis fyllir aftur! Þeir leggja til að þú byrjar fyrst með sjávarréttinn þar sem það er ekki með ókeypis áfyllingu, þá er kjötsúpan og vegan súpa. Allir þrír eru ljúffengir og þú getur ekki slá verðin. Þegar þú ert búinn að borða hérna geturðu farið á tvær hurðir niður á krá eigandans þar sem hann mun einnig gefa þér ókeypis bjór. Það eru til nokkrir íslenskir götumatur, vertu viss um að fara á þennan sem er svolítið utan vega, ekki í almennu nágrenni allra dæmigerða ferðamannagata. I had the most fun I think I've ever had eating at a restaurant. The ambiance is an old world charm with some bohemian in it. The owner is extremely out-going you can tell that he cares about all his customers. You get free waffles, candy whatever treats they made that day. The menu is very simple, not many to choose from, but real Icelandic soup. You can choose to have them in a bread bowl, which is huge the best part...free re-fills! They suggest you start with the seafood first as that does not have free re-fills, then there is the meat soup the vegan soup. All three are delicious you can not beat the prices. When you are done eating here you can head two doors down to the owner's pub where he will also give you a free beer. There are several Icelandic Street Foods, make sure you go to this one that is sort of off the beaten path, not in the general vicinity of all the typical tourism streets. I would definitely take the time to go here when in Reykjavik."
