"Best thing I ate in GC. The Thai tea is delicious perfectly crispy dumplings and fantastic Pad Thai. Go up a level on your normal spice scale I did 3 and it could have been double the slice but not to worry they have a lovely spice tray."

"Stuff was really nice. Kudos to them. Restaurant/bar is a little outdated, but pretty organized and clean. The food was not good. Got a ribeye, mushrooms and veggies. Everything was cooked with a lot of oil and butter. Vegetables a little over done, and steak didn’t look or tasted like a high quality steak (considering it costed $50+ . A little overpriced. Good for drinks and appetizers though."

"I am certainly an out of towner, but I was “stranded” in garden city for a few days and tried to hunt down the good eats. Not only does Tacos La Carreta have delicious food, they also have killer deals; especially the $1 taco Tuesday. For no more than $8 I had a taco feast including a liter of cola. The Arbol salsa has that good heat and the asada is on point. If you are a local hopefully you already know about this place, if you find yourself in garden city please do yourself a favor and load up on the food here at Tacos La Carreta!"

"What an amazing service, I was quickly down and given the peculiarities of the server (this usually spoke to me not only as a paying customer). I ordered the limited edition of Bergtau Wasser and Jess made sure I was never empty. The pasta and honey chicken was so sweet and could have brought some heat to balance it. The baconche waffle fries had a blue moon infused sauce that made them delicious. 10/10 no complaints from me."
