Went to Big K a couple months back during lunch on a Thursday. A friend and I had some time to kill, we hoped to do the all-you-can-eat, but I am not sure they are doing that anymore.I had the brisket with coleslaw and potato salad. "I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say.
