Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The food was wonderful and flavorful and the smoothie was made to perfection and the service was excellent. When I was there everyone was kind and answered all my questions because it was my first time going to a Tropical Smoothie but it definitely won’t be my last! I highly recommend this place for the food, smoothies and the service.

The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating when we made some changes to our order. The restaurant has a spacious and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend it for dining in, taking out, or getting delivery!

I immediately called to inform them of the missing straws, but was told I had to go pick them up myself since they could not deliver them. This was inconvenient as we were over 5 miles away and I was working. After speaking with the manager and receiving apologies, we were offered 10% off our next order, but this did not address the issue of not being able to drink our smoothies without straws. To make matters worse, the salad still had bacon on it and the chicken was apparently spicy, causing a reaction in the staff member with allergies. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with very poor customer service.

I recently tried a smoothie place near me and found it to be just okay. The smoothies were affordable, but I found mine to be a bit watery. The quesadilla was especially disappointing - definitely do not order it. It's essentially a Tacobell quesadilla for $6. I would recommend opting for the wrap instead. Overall, the experience was pretty standard for a smoothie place. However, I don't think I'll be returning as it just isn't worth it.
