This place is now one of my favorites to get an authentic pupusas revuelta, pastelitos de carne (meat mixed w/veggies in a bun) and frescos like Ensalada (mixed fruit juice and real fruit served over ice) in the South Bay. The pastelitos are made to order, served w/curtido (pickled cabbage) and come 2 per order. "OK but not impressed. Main issue is balance, bread is awesome but hard to bite with full of ingredients inside, many different meats what is great but I completely don't taste difference, all taste the same, just one layer of cheese what is almost invisible among whole taste. Cabbage doesn't work for sure, I would like to remove it but keep the rest in a half."
