What Manny Balcazar doesn't like about El Rocoto:
This has been one of my favorite Peruvian restaurants, but lately the quality has decreased and the prices do not match the quality of the food. Today my wife and I ordered some tuna ceviche and the tuna was soggy with a dark color and the itdefinitely did not fresh..look at the picture below does this look like a raw tuna you would eat? Saturday I have the Lomo Saltado which is a Tenderloin Angus Steak. You can choose a different meat of the Lomo Saltado like Chicken or Seafood. And I enjoy it....

"Great Mexican restaurant that offers both birria and french fries. Their staff is always very friendly and attentive. Seating on the inside and outside of the restaurant with plenty of parking.
