What Mad Satchel likes about Starbucks:
The staff are great at this location and so is the food and coffees. The inside is ready to be updated. Tables are scratched up and well used. I went to the new Starbucks in Moody, AL the other day (much newer location, just opened) and this stood out. Would love to see this location updated soon at least with new furniture as I really like to go inside and study/read from time to time. read more.

What LaTanya George doesn't like about Starbucks:
I just placed an Uber order with 5 sugars and a side of milk to go with my black coffee. I received no sugars and no milk. Called the store and with no apology the so-called shift supervisor stated just come in and we will replace it. If I wanted to come in, I would not have ordered via Uber. An apology would have sufficed. Customer service and attention detail is basically nonexistent. Very disappointing. read more.
