Ben was amazing. We had him cater a family event at Topaz Lake. We chose the tacos. He accommodated for our 20% vegan group and made some great veggie tacos. The carne asada tacos were a huge hit too. The food was amazing. However, the most amazing thing was Ben literally drove through fire to deliver our food.
