Colter's has pretty good bbq, a hotly discussed food group in the DFW area. My favorite here is the sausage with a large side of onion rings and Ranch dressing for diving. The onion rings are crispy, hot and slightly greasy. The sausage has a nice bite on it and the sauce here is really good, I like it a lot.
