Drive thru line 35 minutes, then I pay for food sent i.am on board because chicken is not yet cooked. Wait another 30, go to check and I'll be told for chicken for 48 seconds. I literally stare at two bowls of chicken. My chicken even pulled out of the old stock after waiting. This waiting was not on the way back of the EMPLOYEES. I think this is used as an excuse for poor training and management of these employees. View all feedback.
Messy parking forgot to put sauces in the bag and the packaging was not great. I had to go back in to get the sauce after sitting through a lunch trip thru line...
