Jerica was absolutely amazing it was her first time alone. We were her 3rd customers ever and we couldn’t believe it. She acted like she had been doing this job for years. Knew the menu like the back of her hand and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were properly accommodated and taken care of. What Chad Weaver doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
We ordered a to-go meal which included 2 full racks of ribs, asparagus and roasted street corn. To begin with, the ribs were severely overcooked to the point that there were parts that were inedible due to being so hard and the meat was completely dry.
