I've been eating here for ten years. What happened to the quality of food and personnel? Sit and wait 33 minutes for our order. The woman's order was cold and not complete. The waitress had an attitude when she asked her to get her a hot meal. It was burned back by the microwave. I never offered coffee refills. He asked for a manager who told me they had only 1 chef. Food was good but it arrived cold and had to be reheated. Also one of the pancakes were burnt. Really loved the confetti pancakes and the chicken!
