"I dined in today and the girls working there were very unpleasant. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel and got a bagel with cheese and sausage on it. Then when i took it back to be remade, they gave me another bagel with only sausage. Who orders a breakfast sandwich with no egg?! Then when I took that one back they insisted it had an egg on it and refused to make me another one. I walked out after paying 10$ for a coffee and no sandwich. One of the qualifications to work at a biggby must be to have less than 6 brain cells. I’m appalled."

"I ordered roast beef sliders and there was VERY, VERY little meat. I took it to the counter and asked Is this really how this is suppose to be? The girl looked at it and me and said yes . It was 90% bread ! I 've been to a lot of Arby 's that serve meat with their sliders and this place is the worst one. I should have left it on the counter for them because it wasn 't worth eating. VERY disappointed. Makes me want to avoid all Arby 's for a while and I 'll never go back to this one again."

"Waiter made 3 trips to give us or utensils, drinks, bread. Had to flag him down to get more gravy that the cook barely put any on my Turkey, mashed potatoes and dressing dinner. (He might want to look at the picture the customers see in the menu The waiter only then asked if everything was OK. A sure sign your customers are ready to leave are when they ask for a box to take left overs home and take dessert to go, we are ready for our bill! Checked out at register because the bill wasn't coming and we had things to do! Even after paying, we didn't get a copy of our bill! So did we pay for someone else's meal? we will never know! Won't be going back anytime soon."
