"This restaurant, run by Suzie and her chef husband Jean-Luc, is worth a long detour to enjoy. The location helps - a charming, quiet village with a small river running through it, close to the Pyrenees. But what is really impressive is the menu - it use of local and seasonal produce, its imagination and its value. And when the food is presented, you realise just what a find this is. We went twice in a week and each time the food was sensational...great tastes, wonderful ingredients, generous portions and cooked with care and skill. The wine list is impressive too, though ask Suzie for her advice on which of the local wines will best compliment your choice of dishes. The service is excellent, with Suzie or a young trainee being helpful, attentive and efficient.Very strongly recommended to those who enjoy good French food."
