Little Caesars Pizza - Gary

The restaurant should improve their pizza cutting technique as I had to return home and use my own pizza cutter.

I visited the restaurant after 9 o'clock and there was a bit of a rush, but the service was fast, polite, and the quality of the food was amazing. The staff did a wonderful job, and as someone from out of town, I was very satisfied. All the employees I encountered deserved a big raise - they provided 5-star service.

I think it was during lunchtime, but the waiting was quite busy and took a long time. I had placed my order online beforehand, but still had to wait for about 30 minutes. The pizza was tasty, but the choices for soda were limited. I had to pick between Mountain Dew or Pepsi.

So I came in tonight for a 2 Slices-N-Sticks, and the cashier was very rude. She told me 10 minutes wait of course I don’t expect my food to be done exactly in 10 minutes. 20 minutes passed and I asked “do you know how much longer?” She ignored me the first time the second time she got loud and aggressive for no reason because I asked a simple question. I would not recommend this location to anyone because the customer service is TERRIBLE!

Order online and pizza was cold when I got it and I came to the store a few minutes before the time! not with freshly baked pizza. Of course nobody answers the phone! sad.
