"Ambiance and decor were cool. We sat outside as the weather was great and it was very cool. The food was very good. I had the pork belly tacos. The pork was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Also the deserts we're awesome!"

"On our recent trip to Buttermilk we were greeted upon our arrival and taken to our booth. Our server was prompt bringing our drinks and taking our order. My better half ordered the Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes with her meal and said that they were phenomenal. As for my order it consisted of a Country Omelette with extremely tasty hashbrowns and Blueberry Pancakes. The breakfast is one of the best, if not the best breakfast we have ever had. The service is efficient and the restaurant is run like a well run machine. The only downside is that we drive in from Orland Park to eat here. It's worth the drive but hopefully management reads this post and opens up in the Southwest Suburbs. Phenomenal."

"Horrible customer service and experience. We ordered the crab legs we asked what the market price was she said a small was $15 and a large was $30. The price was attractive but I can’t eat a large so I ordered the small. When the food came we started to enjoy when she came to check on us I asked her is this a small. She said no this is a large I said I wanted a small she corrected me and then I corrected her. I asked her how much is this she said $80 I said I would have not ordered $80 dollars worth of a large crab I can’t eat that by my self. She apologized and I thought she offered to comp other meal. After we waited an extended-amount of time her her to come back with our bill we grabbed another server. We were very upset when the bill came as both our meals were still on the ticket. We waited and then asked for our server to come to the table. She then explained that she comped our $3.00 dollar sodas as an inconvenience to which I felt was not enough. She said you can speak to the Manager. He said there was nothing he could do because our food was already boxed up and he could not take it back now. The food wasn’t the issue your server went from $15, to $30, to now $80 with out telling me the price before I even ordered the food. I refused to pay my bill to witch he said he would call the police. Horrible customer service, not going to bring up race or the broken English into the conversation it was a horrible miscommunication that could have been handled with better professionalism besides just “ Oh Well” .The Crab was cold, overcooked and too salty. There are so many ways to handle miscommunication, 10%off my bill, a coupon to come back, a free drink coupon etc, etc, ect but to look at your customer shrug your shoulders and wash your hand is just poor business and then to threaten to call the police and I wasn’t even making a scene or loud YET. Save your money they treat customers like trash."

"I don't know where to start over this hidden bar and grill is never a disappointment. of the way they treat their employees (some have been working well for over 20 years that it says a lot) eating is never something different than perfect. I love the Munster-Dip, the burgers are on the spot. To be honest, I don't think there's a bad thing I had on the menu. mary is an ingenious bartender who never thirsty her. andrea is amazingly so friendly and will always ensure that their customers are well looked after. when they go during the day dawn has always been there and they will be well looked after. I'll tell you something no one wants to talk about when I go to a restaurant, how clean the kitchen is. that's the sound that looks after her! the owners are in the back of every dinner hurry to ensure that everything is perfect and the entire kitchen is torn off and cleaned several times a day. I promise you. they will never eat at a cleaner place. the attention to details is something I really appreciate, and again from the bar, to the dining room, baths, and finally the amazingly clean kitchen is just honest amazing. You could eat seriously here every day and never get bored. look at it! at the end of the shopping center everything is over."
