Why do they put Mayo on a Philly, I will never know. A Philly is not a sandwich. Anyway, the taste was good, the bread is too much, the cheese they put on it belongs in a mozzarella stick not on a Philly. I like my Philly where the juices kinda takes over the bread with a creamy melted yellow cheese and provolone cheese topped with A1 with onion, mushrooms, green peppers and jalapenos.
