What Vickey Day doesn't like about Kyle Fletcher's Bbq:
First time trying chopped brisket. I couldn't even tell it was beef for sure or if it was actually smoked. There was no flavor or seasonings with chunks of membrane and silverskin. The color was gray. The meat was chewy and rather tough. Maybe it was cooked in a pressure pot. That being said, I guess Hillbilly's gets our future business for brisket. Never a bad meal. Cornerstone restaurant in Gastonia. Can get crowded, but expected. Friendly staff, great prices, and wonderful environment.
The best BBQ, hamburgers, and onion rings are amazing at this restaurant! The service is always excellent.
