This was the worst afternoon tea we’ve ever had! Customer service is shocking! Don’t think we saw a smile yet. Had to return the plates, they were absolutely filthy! We had to clean the cutlery before using them. I Don’t think they’d even been washed....To top it off the afternoon tea came with no clotted cream, that’s the main thing aswell.
