Experience has dropped over time. It was decent over a year ago (I hear it had already begun declining), really dropped the ball shortly before one of the lockdowns, and whilst it's improved somewhat since then, you're still paying levels for quality. Overdone steaks, dry duck... Hopefully they will improve over time, but given there's not heaps of competition, I won't hold my breath. read more.
