I ordered a big poutine for delivery and was disappointed to find that the fries were cold, there was no plastic fork provided, and the fries were undercooked. When I tried to get a refund or a replacement, my request was denied. I would not recommend purchasing a large poutine from this restaurant. View all feedback.
