We love the seafood plate, but they changed it awhile back and it wasn't worth the money. You have now a seafood tower that is much better, it has octopus, large shrimps, scallops, lobster tails cut into two, Calamari steaks, crab legs,... everything was great and if you ask an excellent server for Marc de Repentigny, he knows his stuff, we always ask for him. What a disappointment! From the Hilton, we expected far better. We do not mind paying extra (Baccara) if the quality justifies it. First, the wine that we ordered was out of stock;so was our second choice! Then for the food portion; we had a rack of lamb that was overcooked. the filet d'aloyau (T-Bone) was also overdone. For many years in this restaurant. It was and remains a good experience every time. The food and service are excellent and the decor elegant and welcoming.
The service is great….found that the continental breakfast a bi lacking but that could be with the rising costs but nevertheless it is a pleasant experience
