Love A&W, sadly this franchise is far, FAR from the usual quality. Trays and dishes pile up all over making it impossible to dispose of refuse or to return trays. Also don 't even think about deviating from the standard menu i e.: substitutions or ordering any special promos) because they just cannot handle them.
