Le Bistro Pho - Gatineau

What User likes about Le Bistro Pho:
I've already wrote a comment on that restaurant, but I have to add something else. I know that is hard to have a restaurant... and keep it open... but the owner of this restaurant still continue to impress me with her food!!! What User doesn't like about Le Bistro Pho:
The pho's broth had very little flavour and the ingredients were skimpy, that is, very little meat, etc was added to the bowl.We also had pork dumplings that were lukewarm and covered with a cold, glutinous peanut sauce. The offering here was one of the least enjoyable bowls of pho that I have had.That said, the place was popular so their other dishes must be good and the two women running the place were hard working...
