What RoRo Harley doesn't like about Noodles Pho U:
Bubble tea was pretty good albeit a bit pricey compared to other places even in the city. The variety and options were decent. I got 2 bubble teas. I would have rated higher but the guy taking the order acted like he would rather be anywhere but taking our order.
