Restaurant is located next to Comfort Inn Bay City in Geelong. I went there for dinner as I was staying at Comfort inn. I was seated at a very basic table setting and the place was freezing. The salt and pepper shakers were filthy and stuck in my hand. Cutlery was dirty and had to be changed. For a place just for pancakes - its all right There are sweet and savoury pancake options You can even get burgers and Parma.
