What Honoré Leconte likes about Auberge de la Chapelle:
drive through france to Switzerland, you are always trying to find a beautiful French auberge to lunch to avoid the highway service sandwich. this time we were happy enough to see a small sign that this restaurant showed after one. kilometer narrower gasses we almost gave up, but then the road opened on fields and there was a very traditional auberge, a warm welcome and an excellent menu. the calves are just divine!
