"One of the few restaurants in Kalkan that have an understanding of vegan. Many restaurants have a vegetarian menu but every dish includes cheese, butter, or cream and staff don’t understand what vegan means. Staff at Rose knew exactly what vegan meant and made sure we had a lovely dinner. We had vegan bread with hummus, cig kofte (delicious! , spinach&potato gozleme with oil, and vegan casserole."
