this was a great place to sit and sip wein and have a nice meal before they see shakespeare in the park a little way on the road. we met as a group and had a table that took us comfortably. the young waitress...spoke perfect English and was so helpful and delightful that it was just so much better. the inner courtyard is charming with a large tree under which you have to escape. What Bruna Mendes doesn't like about Heurigen Potzleinsdorf:
- at least not if you're looking for a curly one! You would like to look at the really beautiful courtyard of the former cheerful weaver. Today it is an undefined local with spears like spagetti, and ridiculous creations "carpaccio of brati" (formerly swanshot) and also imaginative praises. who is looking for a hay buffet or own wein is missing at the place. but also a somewhat unhappy top that is neither white what half eight (used translation 20h30) and apparently also has perception problems : 5x "pay harm." to the beautiful place.Short to the spears : erdäpfelsalat medioka, brot alt (breedededed) , cherry-painted under any critique, chicken.
So I was friends and their family who were just to visit in how they were in this cheering. the ambiente is very original and the service very friendly, but could be a little more attentive. It was not much loose and more often we had to wait for the service when our glasses were empty and it was very hot on that day.The eating was in order for the price. We had mainly cold dips, a friend ordered a warm main dish that was unfortunately not so pleasing. a beautiful place to stay and for a small cold jause good.
I always liked this cheerful, typical cheerful atmosphere and very rustic. but then this hurly has changed and has moved to host house operation. the wein is ok, but eating: catastrophe! last year we were invited twice, both of them were terrible! to call the Chessespätzle so is an insult to all the Chessespätzle of this world. inconceivable fad, far too little cheese and this also in malest quality (as if one had processed a 'clever' gouda). the calfsbutterschnitzel was even worse, hard to describe why - as if the meat was spoiled or the fat was as old as the tree in the hof. we cancelled another invitation to the ganslessen - an extremely wise decision, as was then reported to us. but a chef who can't make cheese and calf butter carving should not prepare for God's sake! However, the personal was always very nice, tried and flash, I like the atmosphere very much (also because of the gastgarten) - there are two points anyway. for accumulating it can be recommended locally, especially in summer, also locally very child-friendly (there are toys) - but you should eat beforehand. above the tree in the hof, which is the true sign of this local, there are some of the trees (e.g. the napoleon should have personally attached his horse here.)
Nice location but not recommended. we were already there the second time and were absolutely dissatisfied. feed rather lower quality, service unattended, untrained, overwhelmed. incomplete and partially incomplete. humma hummarum better make an arc around it.

Already when the first surprise goes into it: a transversal stem under which must slip. adequately heuristic and friendly, young (student)? personal await us. a small card with some slender! and, selected good weine different winzers. that's good, that's in order!
