What User doesn't like about Cipriano:
We went to dinner. the commissioner did not take the list of those who arrived, it was on order of arrival. We waited 40mins, there were tables free and took time to clean them. We were about to pass, but the commissioner made a six table before us, which seems to me a disrespect for more than we know.
