What Elizabeth H doesn't like about Cocoa Bean Fine Desserts:
We used cocoa bean for our wedding and the cake we received was awful and looked nothing like what we discussed with the baker. The best French brioche I have ever had. You can tell the pastry chef gets joy in crafting quality pastries.

Do not come here for a cappuccino it will take 20 minutes from lovely teenagers who do their best. It's a great place to get a custom cake or one of the patisserie options which are all filled with what tastes like the same cream. Yes I did live in Paris. Yes I do make it home. I think this is one of the best delicacies in the tristate, up-state, down-state, and this side of the Mississippi, and over the pond. It's unbeatable.
I received a tart for Father's Day and it was amazing. There was so much fruit on it, it looked like it could fall off the tart! I want to thank you, Paul, not only for the delicious dessert, but also for the inspiring dedication you show in training the next generation of pastry chefs. Your attention to detail and firm guidance is exactly what it takes to instill excellence in your trainees. If you want to be the next Pastry Ramsey, you have to put in the work!
