We stopped in for a quick bite and were presented with a warm welcome and the specials for the day. We opted for the endive salad, which was delicious and each had a pasta, not sure which was better, the meatballs or the pasta with lemon and olive oil. "Unbelievable and delicious meal here. The staff was impeccable and the drinks, the staff and the tasting menu had to die. The restaurant concentrates on the Nordic roots and creates the combination of the aromas of the Nordic country with modern European gastronomy. If the tasting menu is available when you go, I really can recommend nothing other than that. This amazing chef will have absolutely stars next to his name soon, and frankly, I am surprised after I ate it last night that the institution does not already have one."
