Le Café de l'Amitié is an authentic restaurant, it's one the few places every taxidriver should take you to when it comes to a Swiss experience. The owner is proud to provide with high quality local products and cuisine and his wife cooks in the kitchen. Very affordable. When I am in Geneva, I often go there for lunch or dinner. read more.

What dbgigs doesn't like about L'Amitié:
Nice atmosphere with lots of locals. Service was attentive and with smiles all around. I had a fondue, which was OK but not great. The portion was on the small side and I needed a desert. I normally never manage a desert after a fondue. Prices are not cheap but not outrageous either like in so many places in Geneva. read more.
