With about 2000 hungry white collars just opposite the street, this place usually fills up quite quickly, ska booking is recommended. The restaurant is large, service (by a changing crew of trainees) is quick and much better than in most places and the specials menu (with at least 4 options) is of good quality. "Unbelievable and delicious meal here. The staff was impeccable and the drinks, the staff and the tasting menu had to die. The restaurant concentrates on the Nordic roots and creates the combination of the aromas of the Nordic country with modern European gastronomy. If the tasting menu is available when you go, I really can recommend nothing other than that. This amazing chef will have absolutely stars next to his name soon, and frankly, I am surprised after I ate it last night that the institution does not already have one."
