Lovely shop owner, very positive about speaking English (although we tried some of our terrible Italian attempts on him! Small but good selection of vegan groceries and healthcare. We got crackers, pesto and olives to snack on, plus some toothpaste. Very reasonable. It sounds like Genoa is a tough city for a vegan business though. View all feedback.
