This is so far the best Vietnamese place in Penang. Not only the price is reasonable, the food are well-portioned and the flavour is top notch. The place is comfortable with decent service. Tried quite a few dishes n didn't came across any nice surprise. All taste normal or average. But do avoid the dessert glutinous rice ball, way too sweet. Can't even finish a quarter of the small bowl. View all feedback.
