We had to wait almost 2 hours for our entree to arrive. We reapted asked where our food is and when it finally came the meat was not cooked so we had to send back. The waiter only offered us a free glass of wine that was old and gave me a headache. In the end we were not impressed with the service we received at the Ritz. View all feedback.
