We went here on our last day in the Caymans and although the service was wonderful the food was very underwhelming. We ordered the ceviche, the ramen and a roll. The ceviche was good and my boyfriend said his roll was good but my ramen was just not what expected. The broth was missing that rich, hearty flavor that most all authentic ramen dishes have.
