Seattle is my goto coffee. Such a pity that I did not know about this one. I have actually walked past it on many occasions without noticing that it is my favourate brand. Today I actually noticed a tiny little sign above the entrance. Sure I am not the only one. Management should have the familiar sign facing the parking area!!! I love Seattle, its my no1 coffee franchise. But this one was in a state. The staff was sitting on the only decent seats, hunched over and playing on their cellphones, the rest of the tables where messy and very uninviting, the outside tables&chairs where dusty (not a windy day) and dirty.
