Went here to get a hot drink after the trick or treating was all over. Not a single smile from anyone at this location. Was the only one in the drive-thru and had to wait to be greeted. When we got our drinks there was no cardboard sleeve, so the cups were too hot to hold and no whipped cream on the hot chocolate. Super disappointing- I’ve never had this bad of service from a Starbucks before. View all feedback.
