"The food in itself is fine but the way they bring it out is ridiculous. We sat down my husband, son, and myself and ordered our drinks, appetizers, and food all at the same time. First out drinks came out, then One appetizer. Than my husbands meal. Two minutes later my husbands appetizer came out. 7 minutes later my sons came out. Another 5 minutes later my food came out. (This whole time my husband is waiting for us to eat). Instead of apologizing for the wait (even though we were 1 of 5 tables present, our server informed us that they were backed up due to the to go orders. I’m sorry what?!?! So the only way to get your food on time is to order out? I was genuinely very disappointed , especially that that it was a slow time on a Thursday evening."

"Very disappointed in the NY style pizza. The crust was possibly a premade crust kinda like a cracker crust. Very strange. The sauce and toppings were good but that crust was horrible. We paid over $60 for a pizza, a Greek salad and a small order of chicken bites."

"This is a nice bagel shop. The service was friendly and courteous. They have a variety of cold drinks, bagels and bagel sandwiches. I had purchase the ham and cheese poppyseed bagel with tomatoes onions lettuce and spicy mustard. The sandwich was great I also purchased a hot cup of coffee coffee was pleasant to drink and I loved the atmosphere. They also have uncle Mike?s ice cream shop right inside the store with them and I think it?s only open from spring to fall."

"This food chain advertises numerous promotional deals but this particular branch actually sold out of their wing specials n also did not offer any their 5 special. We decided to get 16 piece meal, I guess 2 sides n 4 biscuits but the cost for this was 48, ABSURD!!!8 They should be ashamed of themselves for charging that amount of . With that kind of , u could get 8-9 rotisserie (whole) chickens. This chain needs to re-evaluate their pricing structure."
