"I had eaten here several times successfully and then became gluten. eat them here on their own risk when the owner works, it will be safe, but beat and miss them otherwise. "Finally we stopped here for lunch, we shared 2 brisket sandwiches and a small poutine and everything was excellent! Much better than I expected from a food truck, I now understand the lineups. Brisket Sandwiches were on a big stable bun that kept the mosseurs in the blows. Brisket was beautifully flavored, shredded so easy to bite and embroidered with a beautiful mild coleslaw and crispy roasted onion strings. The perfect bite! The poutine was a meal in itself, glad that we only shared one. I'm usually dissapointed in Poutine, never as good as it looks. That was the exception, and I was so good that I returned the next day for another order. They also make many chic versions that I will try for a few days, but was very happy with the regular Pommes/Curds/Grotte version. Gravy had really good taste, Curds were the real thing so not completely melted to keep beautiful fires under the blows. Best poutine in a long time. I'm looking forward to the next visit!"
