What Alberto Silvia doesn't like about Osteria Di Campagna:
Quiet trattoria with a slightly revisited Piedmontese menu with excellent ideas also well presented on the plate. It's a shame that some courses are really subpar. Excellent veal with tuna sauce but a trio of Fassona jokes with meat minced and pulled back so much that it seems foamy. Bad tripe and boiled... boiled too long. Washed out.
