Not sure, the reason for all bad reviews, as we had a great experience here. We arrived on Friday night and sat pretty fast, but enjoyed great drinks and service at the bar while we waited. Food and service was ok. Seems not as well managed as before. They were complaining a lot about being short staffed, but I didn't visit to hear all that. It use to be my favorite restaurant in GETTYSBURG but didn't like it as much this time . Seen another couple get up and walk out after waiting 10+ minutes for anyone to even acknowledge them.
