"My friend and I were in Gettysburg looking for ice on Sunday night. Most places near pretty early, but we found Cone Sweet Cone and loved it. He got the Peach-Kbbler ice cream, which was literally filled with huge delicious peaches and crispy goodness, and my Smores ice cream was probably the best ice cream I ever had! I also loved the fact that we talk to the women themselves who do everything (certainly enjoyed that a professional baker). You're great! And this is definitely the only place where we will get ice in Gettysburg right away!"

"First time at Olivia's but it won't be the last! We were looking for Greek/Mediterranean fare and we were not disappointed. Our meal was perfect and the atmosphere was as well. Our server, Jill, could not have been more attentive and helpful and friendly. She seemed to appear right when we needed her but she didn't hover. We'll definitely look for her when we return."

"My wife and relatives ate at Dobbin House Tavern a few days ago. My wife ate an open face turkey sandwich, chicken soup, cole slaw and sparkling cider, My brother-in-law had a ham and cheese focaccia sandwich. My sister had a spinach salad and chicken soup. The atmophere was wonderful. The restaurant had the aura of a 19th tavern, illuminated with candle light. The service, waiters and menu were wonderful. They had a great time, finding the restaurant delightful, with the restaurant fitting in with the history of Gettysburg and the times in which the battle of Gettysburg took place. It was the perfect place to eat when visting the Gettysburg battlefield, the Gettysburg museum, the Eisenhower farm and house, all of the sites linked to Abraham Lincoln and his address commemorating the soldiers who died to save the Union, the democratic institutions of the United States of America, the Union soldiers who died to preserve our liberty, freedom and democracy, as well as liberate the Blacks who had been enslaved by the states of the Confederacy. Dobbin House Tavern was the perfect place to eat to celebrate our history, our liberty, freedom, democracy as well as the freeing of the black southern slaves. The Civil War was a war to preserve our union, our Constitution, and our most treasured values embodied in the freeing of the slaves, even at the cost of tens of thousands of Union soldiers ' lives and the lives of countless civilians so that we could be true to the better angels of our nature. Dobbin House Tavern was absolutely the perfect restaurant in which to reflect upon the founding father 's values and vision for our country, the battle of Gettysburg, and the place that the battle occupied in our history and our national trajectory as a unified, free, and liberty-loving country. As Lincoln said, a house divided against itself, cannot long stand. Indeed, my relatives were so very pleased to be able to celebrate their visit to Gettysburg by eating at this very wonderful restaurant, Dobbin House Tavern, and enjoying the delectable food on offer and the delightful atmosphere of this delightful, enchanting, restaurant. My relatives had endless praise for this restaurant, its food, its atmosphere, and its historic aura. They found it particularly delightful to eat their tasty, gourmet meal by candle light at Dobbin House Tavern."

"We are happy to live the street from this Awesome restaurant. The food is always fresh and filled. The offer is friendly, fast and professional. I tried another dish every visit and all the mouthwater. The smell makes me forget to make pictures of the food. I dive directly, next visit I will share some pictures. Awesome Atmosphere and they all speak English or Spanish. They are open 7 days a week to 10:00 a.m. So no more dishes for me Lol. Great menu selection at a reasonable price."
